Cause anime connects us like a family, no matter our preferences, we can always find something to connect on, I would like to have a 100% real and clean environment so everyone can have a goodtime and enjoy anime, games, or even other stuff xD

It's way easier said and done, I'll try to over the span of this year draw up many blueprints and structures for this dream xD

I wish I could go to cons. The only thing I haven't done yet. And if I had the money I would move all otaku's near me. :) cause it's hard to find them here where I live.

To go to Megacon I need to get a Hotel room since it is more then a 1 hour and a half. Super con is around a hour, But I be in if I was splitting a Hotel room with 1 or more people.

I take a small semi out of business area close to the water with apartments and area expand and create a Akihabara, USA type of place for Otakus to live and work and sort of year round con type of place if I win the lottery. With anime events for all every weekend. I also give low rent to people who move there to work at the different shops. Do it in one of the smaller city's in Florida.
