Capitalist super-enthusiasts like to say no one would get anything done without money as the incentive; HA! & As for your "dilema," I say it's a good idea to maybe donate the money directly to people. Maybe, treat them for lunch, then give them some extra money. Idk. I'd like to talk to them so I can maybe be moved enough to do something on a larger scale. Also, I think you placing it around town sounds okay, but maybe only where homeless people frequent? Otherwise, I can picture some rich attorney jogging by the park bench finding a 20 and thinking it a sign from to argue harder for his murderous client that day.
