Is cheating acceptable?

Is it even cheating if you're cheating in response to your lover's cheating? For me, only someone who's already a cheater or who has never been in "actual" love can condone cheating... Not directed at you, Loli, that's just my opinion.

In my opinion, absolutely not. Cheating hurts the entire party - everyone involved. If you can't see who's better for you on the love scale, and I mean truly better for you, then you probably aren't loving either of them at all. It get it can be hard to choose in a lot of situations, but choosing someone to be with should be as clear as day. You two should fit together like puzzle pieces and not have to sand each other down to fit together. If you're dating both of them for object-oriented reasons, don't. That's called lust.

I don't condone it but I can empathize with many reasons why someone would. Honestly I see most reasons being a matter of lack of communication than any kind of lack of love. But I dunno, I'm a pretty all shades of gray kind of person so....
