Trolling

I just got trolled by a certain someone on this site. How is this an unrecognized issue here? I feel terrible and this place for the short time I was here felt like a second home. The experience I just had puts me off from dating period. Anyways fuck this site for letting trolls in and fuck life at this point.

Ok... Welcome to the web. I don't care where you go, there will be a troll or two. Get over it or feed them with threads like this. You can reportthem( wwhatever good that will do...). Als, you gave your number out on a public forum...and you act surprised....Really?

Yeah like this site has trolls dude, but dont let that get you down people are just gonna be people, there are tons of great people in here despite how many of them are trolls

If you can't put up with trolling, get off the internet. Stop whining and get over it. There're gonna be trolls no matter where you go, be it in here, or even irl.

There's really nothing you can do to block them from joining. There's no such thing as letting them in. All the admin can do is ban them after they're reported, or if they're obvious enough. It's a tad harsh but like others have said it's just a fact of life on the internet. You can't be too trusting. On the internet all women are men until proven otherwise and all men are sick perverts that will spam your inbox with penis photos until proven otherwise. If it's too good to be true it probably is, if they're not trolling you they're probably scamming you. Never trust anyone on the internet until they give you a reason to.

I'd say the advice here on getting a thicker skin is correct. Nevertheless, I'd say putting up with trolls is not an answer. Even if this site is made by one man it deserves a moderator for fake accounts and trolls.

No site can stop trolls. Most sign ups are free meaning anyone and everyone can become a memeber. Just don't respond to them. And fuck life? Seems melodramatic.

I've got to say posting your phone number openly is a REAL BAD move anywhere you go. You might be secretly wishing for someone to give you a bad time by unhealthy behaviors.
