The brass restoration visual novel has always given me the most feels. A guy dreaming to be a drummer loses his arm and his dreams. Fate/Stay night is another huge one. I'd also post an attack on titan screenshot, but I don't want to post any spoilers.

A reorchestrated version of spiral mountain from banjo kazooie. I hear the chorus sing towards the end and i just tear up. The game as well as the music was part of my childhood. The composer put alot of love into the soundtrack as did the person reorchestrating it. I get chills listening to it every time.
