Well here we go getting into what makes me me. (If you ask my why I will tell you why.) Story behind it goes, had met a girl a while back and had an interesting relationship with her. Fell in love with her, and things continued being 'interesting' untill It kinda ended out with us not seeing each other for a while and her commiting to religion. We would talk from time to time and I really never stopped loving her. We finally got to see each other at 2014 Otakon and were able to rebuild a much more normal friendship. Previous to Otakon I had kinda become resigned to being forever alone and thought maybe someday I would grow some kohonas and go out to meet people, and learn to talk better to the women. So when I got the MaiOtaku flyer in my bag I thought it was worth a shot, and post Otakon decided if things didn't work out with my friend I would stick back to my plan of joining. She was able to find a great guy and they are happy together. So here I am. I consider myself a L.A.M.F. (Lonely @$$ Mother F%&#er) and get lonly and depressed sometimes, I would love to meet new people, and find someone who wants to be with me. But as friends go, I am always open to new ones. Ok I think that answers the question and then some. "May your love never end, and if you need a friend, there's a seat here along side me" - Linkin Park <- Relevent quote to me.

Some people change so drastically when they find religion that they leave friends and love interests behind. Not that you need consoling but in the end it wasn't you that drove her away. She just became a different person.

Haha yeah I know, I respect her privacy, so I can't go into details but I know what you are saying. For as much as I would have liked things to work out, it is a good learning experience to help me become a more well rounded individual. We are still friends, though don't talk nearly as much. As I am starting to learn you have good insight into life and are a pretty good/cool guy jas!

Thanks, man! They say I'm pretty smart. What they don't know is that causes you to do even more spectacularly stupid things. Occasionally I learn from it. :p

I think I saw an ad or something to this site in a program guide to a con I went to. I said why not and checked it out. Forgot about this site for awhile remembered the site again and made an account. That's how I ended up here.
