Holy Moly..where to begin....
Well I work out at the gym a minimum of five times a week. Sessions usually last around one and a half hours - focusing on one muscle group alongside cardio, abs and push-ups. Diet is also important and I've recently adopted chicken/Fish with vegetables meal plan - small portions, but you eat every three hours to maintain the metabolism.
I also workout with some good friends so we keep it committed. I've got progression pictures over the last several months. I'll be doing a big facebook announcement in the next few days in regards to it too.

I'm on a strict low sodium diet and I have been eating mostly fish, mostly garlic, lemon, black rice, oatmeal. Sometimes I throw in other things, when I want to snack I get a drink like Special K or Monster Milk 100 so I don't go eating junk. Probably should switch it up. I've discovered chia seed drinks. They have 24k mg of omega 3's so I might have to introduce this to my diet, just wish it were cheaper.
That is great that you have friends doing the same. I also want to see your progress eventually. I am very body- conscious so I will wait to take a pic till I'm proud of what I can show.

I would recommend taking a picture prior to making any progress. It's a good motivator after a few months because it's very hard to tell if any progress has been made since you make several little improvements over a long course of time. I didn't personally notice any changes until my buddy filmed me on the treadmill - and it was a pretty noticeable difference at that point since the accumulated weight loss at that point was close to 40 lbs, not including the increase in muscle.

That's really great. I am not sure in what length of time this occurred because I never get on a scale unless I am at a doctor's office. But, I lost 40lbs myself. I should take a photo, but not ready yet. lol

I used to do a combination of running and lifting. It would be 15 to 30 mins of running followed by a full hour of lifting weights. I later upped the running to 50 mins and an hour of lifting. I got really cut up doing that and was able to eat a lot. Of course I wanted more muscle mass and am gradually regaining the muscle I lost since I visited Korea 2 years ago (partying every day, drinking, etc.).
I'm lifting weights 5 days a week but no cardio. Instead I'm doing 2 hours of lifting every day that I do lift. I realized lifting heavy will help me build muscle and also boost my metabolism up and have it raised for the next 24 hours so I can still eat plenty and not gain an extra percent in body fat. I just want to stay at 10% and build up my muscle, ultimate goal being around 180-190lbs shredded (like comic book Spider-Man!).
I eat a lot of chicken nuggets because 5lbs bags are insanely cheap at Costco (bought like 3) and I love pizza so I go to the pizza buffets often. Non-authentic Chinese food once a week or once every two weeks is a must as well!

2 secrets:
1. Stevia instead of sugar. Low cal. Natural. Powerful sweet!
2. Glucomannan powder. It is zero cal. Water soluble fiber. Fills you up and keep the plumbing clean. Alkaline as well.

I like Sweet'N Low or Splenda for coffee. Coke Zero is great too, tastes very similar to regular Cola to me but I can drink as much as I want! I also drink plenty of water daily, especially when I go to the gym.
