I am interested in dating, but at the moment it isn't my primary objective. Id much prefer to meet some friends here, male and female alike. I find that i have a decreasing amout of friends due to the fact that all my friends and I have gone seperated ways. For examle im currently studying Partical Physics at University, and my other friends are, well... "Living life" eg drinking, drugs, sexdrugsandsausage rolls etc etc So, i guess my point is, any one here want to make a new friend? (In me) I enjoy Science as afore mentioned, i also love anime, hense why i'm on this site, i also love music, mainly Post-Hardcore, metal, Rock, Pop-Punk. So yeah...

I've gone separate ways from friends multiple times and had to make new friends, just part of life I guess. Usually they either get married, move away, go to jail or OD. (or just become raging drug addicts). I wanted to study physics when I was younger but sadly I suck at math. (I failed beginning university algebra class 3 times in a row). I went to Indiana University for less than 2 years but dropped out because of crappy grades because of math and foreign language failures dropping my grade point too low and because my heart wasn't in it. I only went because my parents pretty much made me (they didn't go to college so I HAD to.) I was never a great student because I just wanted to do my own thing. Lately I'm more interested in photography and cinematography. Saving up for equipment while also looking for a relationship. Currently talking to a girl from here, waiting to see how things go.

btw, I'm more into 90s-early 2000 alt-rock, metal (death, black, some thrash and others like Meshuggah), Industrial (NIN and VAC and such, mostly earlier stuff), heavy female bands like Otep and Arch Enemy. And some Japanese rock/metal.

Well, Physics isnt just a career goal for me, it's a passion, i love everything about it, from sinple things like relativity, to complex things like M Theory, it just amzing me, time after time. I used to listen to a great scientist by the name of Richard P Feynman every night in bed, and i never understood a word he said, and now driven by my work and studies i can now keep up with what my childhood hero is telling his students back in the 50s. I hope to do my PhD but i'm struggling to think of of work i would do. Maybe somthing on Black Hole thearom. And as as mysics conserned i too prefer the older stuff xD ( with a soft spot for SWS and Falling in Reverse)

Well it started when I was 10 and read a book called "Einstein's Universe" by Nigel Calder. We also had books by Carl Sagan and others that I read. I started off interested in Astrophysics (black holes, faster than light travel, etc). I also watched lots of sci-fi shows, like all the Star Treks, that just fueled my interest. Later I became more interested in particle physics, particle accelerators, and quantum physics in general. I was also obsessed with lasers for several years, especially after finding a book titled: "Lasers, Phasers, Ion Ray Guns and Other Working Space Age Projects". Sadly I never had the time or money to build anything and I doubt my parents would have liked me working with high voltage or powerful pulsed ruby lasers, lol. Later I read about Nikola Tesla and have been facinated by his work ever since.
