due a track record if only having four G.F and all four ending in a way i wouldve never imagined(cheating,lies, etc) and the last one which was i felt a long 6yr healthy and good relationship but ended again in an unexpected turn it seemed to brake something in me not sure what really but it tore me apart for a good month after a good while i was back to myself again(sort of) but now it seems ive developed a fear women and im not 100% sure wtf is going on if i speak to a girl online or txt or any way that isnt direct im ok and can myself but around one i feel un-easy un-comfortable scared and sick to the point i feel like vomiting now i do wish to rid myself of this if i wish to continue a daily life or even just have new friends that are girls but idk how to go about it or do it i would like some advise on this plz....

Me and you both. It's the fear of previous endings to relationships happening again. So to prevent this you subconsciously developed a defense mechanism to avoid this from happening. I suggest the first steps to overcome this is to try and make some close friends which are girls. I know this may be hard considering what you explained however you also claimed to be fine through indirect chat. Find someone on a site such as this maybe build up to skype voice chat or if you're confident enough video chat. Then if you are still friends after a while and have become comfortable being able to talk to her consider meeting up to see if you've made any progress. Repeat these steps. This will allow you to ease up in the presence of women. This may be a terrible idea. I know very little about relationships. Sorry.
