Darker than Black's openings were both very action packed. Also, Soul Eater had a few good openings and endings like Resonance and Strength. Then I'd say that the opening of Umineko no Naku Koro ni was nice as well. and I loved all the attack on titan openings and endings

Attack on Titan and from episode 20 on of Death Note are my fave for energetic openings.

Best opening has to be Season 1 of Rurouni Kenshin. It's super scary for like 10 seconds then all of a sudden a cutesy japanese girl voice starts to sing. It's very misleading. I don't know about endings.
