something unclear about one piece

Well.. so I have been rewatching one piece (again xd) and in episode 102 which is a filler, there was a secret place with ruins and there was poneglyph. And why is it there?

If it is a filler, I don't think you need to focus on it. Maybe just another filler to connect with another. I don't think there will be fillers a lot since I did not see any fillers in a while.

No problem, but I never focus on the filler since these episodes usually try to cover the distance between manga and anime. When the anime was so close to the anime, the filler appear. I understand this when I was watching Gintama, a part where he explain how the episode on each anime. Like flash back, recap, songs, and fillers.

Most of the one piece fillers are fun and there aren't that many as some anime have. most of these have been just plain fun. there are not that many fillers and it flows nicely in my opinion. at least in the later episodes.
