do you think virtual reality would be possible, and what games would you like to see played in virtual reality

i think virtual reality devices would be possible when we can figure out how to control our dreams. the game i would like to see is dark souls that game would be awesome in vr

I'd like to see an MMO in VR. Yes I know it's been done in anime like Log Horizon or Sword Art Online. But I would seriously play. It would be awesome.

...ummm...VR is a real thing, but I think you mean like a mind interface. That's possible, but talk about risky. Imagine not just getting your computer hacked, but you getting hacked. We're quite a bit a way from that, but I don't ever for see a future where a technology like that becomes main stream. The risks far out weigh the benefits in my opinion and I doubt it'd be for any type of gaming device anyways.

i agree @yaasshat another problem with that would be telling the difference between reality and the virtual world. knowing how we are, most likely some one will try to make the virtual reality look as real as possible. then people will have trouble telling the difference

Oh, but we will have realistic VR and with that you'll have the same problems as we do with current technology where people communicate less and less on a face to face basis. As I said, its the whole mind/machine interface thing I don't see as being available for the public . It will be great for controlling machines, like during war or espionage and for things like remote surgery or where it's to hazardous for a person to get the job done. But, the risks and not to mention the cost, would make it to dangerous and unavailable for the general public in my opinion. I do still want a good and realistic VR. It's coming, keep your eyes on the development of the oculus rift. Would I be consumed by another world?...More than likely.XD
