Naruto Shippuden, One Piece, DBZ, AnoHana, Akame ga Kiru, Tokyo Ghoul, Gintama, Mahou Shoujo Madoka, Parasyte, Detective Conan, Kindaichi case file, Btooom, Doraemon, Zero no tsukaima, Gokukoku no Bryhildr, Kuroko no Basket, pokemon season 1, Yugi oh except gx and so on, mirrai nikki, death note, code geass.

Gory: elfen lied (it gets really messy), hellsing ultimate ova (skips the bs and has way more gore and action than the series), blood+ (not blood c), higurashi no naku koro ni (loli, but gory story also kind of sucks but it's a mind fk, rather traumatizing), deadman's wonderland, Horror... Not sure. Along the same line and pure awesome: darker than black (assassins), jormungand (arms dealer) That should keep you busy :)

Mind fuck: mirrai nikki more so than death note. However, I would rate death note above everything mentioned so far.
