well I can only be able to help on some things, but I don't think I can draw the manga itself (I don't think I'm at that level yet)

I maybe able to draw the manga, but I do have another manga that is my priority, so things would move slower than normal, so if mumbles and a few other people do some character concepts and stuff, which leaves me to sort out paneling, drawing it up ect...

how bout this idea: for the active users on this site that contribute to this (or not contribute[ideawise, but still want to be a part], but are active anyways, but just give us a greenlight to be used in this project), we keep alive. and those who arent active that pop in every month or so, we kill off? lol and those users who are very not liked (by the major community) on this site, can be used as villians. well we can ask some users if they want to be a part of this, were gonna need a representative though, someone who is approachable and well liked by a large amount of users to ask for their consent on this. Or we can make a thread saying "WE ARE MAKING A MANGA! AND WE NEED YOU AS CHARACTERS!". sounds like a start, we just need their consent on this, because no one wants legal trouble and deal with whatever lawsuits that can come out of this.

i assume most of the people on this thread have given their consent, and are gonna be kept alive for the duration of the manga. unless... they are willing to be killed off. also to keep organized, we need a key figure to keep notes about what is actually going down. Also have a weekly meeting, if possible. and have art concepts submitted whenever possible
