I enjoyed op/ed music from... Accel World Attack on Titan Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Ni! Dakara Boku wa, H ga Dekinai Eyeshield 21 Fate/Zero (both seasons) Full Metal Alchemist Mobile Suit Gundam 00 Shakugan no Shana The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

FMA: Brotherhood OP (Again - Yui) Lucky Star OP (Motteke! Sailor Fuku!) The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya OP (Bouken Desho Desho - Aya Hirano) Rosario + Vampire ED (Dancing in the Cosmic Moon - Nana Mizuki) Initial D 4th Stage OP (Noizy Tribe - M.O.V.E.) There's a lot more that I love and want to cover, but I'm short on time right now so I'll probably come back and revisit this topic.

I found that older anime from the 90s had the best ops. Some of today are good too (see Angel Beats,Shingeki no Kyojin, etc.) but imo they just don't hold up to the classics. My personal favorites: Yu Yu Hakusho: Smile Bomb Rurouni Kenshin: Freckles Digimon: Butterfly Cowboy Bebop: Tank Dragon Ball Z: Rock the Dragon (NOT in order)

Hmm... I think all the D.Gray-man openings, Kuroshitsuji, SnK,and I liked a lot of the Bleach and Naruto openings, even though I didn't actually watch those two series.
