A thread starters option to delete posts

Just as it says. If a person starts a thread, if they can have the ability to delete posts they feel are nonsensical or off-topic; a way for the OP to keep control of a serious thread from getting derailed too bad. As mentioned, this would be extremely useful for serious topics of conversation so trolling cannot occur.
