Japanese Health and Beauty Products

I thought about it and with the increasing interest in the Japanese culture etc. People might want to know about the Japanese health and beauty products out there. Japan is really about keeping up an image for both girls and guys, and there are a lot of things out there that are kind of unique to Japan and Asian countries that might be interesting. So... I guess you all can ask for advice or put some questions in here and maybe we can answer them. :P

Indigeston, I can't eat as much anymore & american proportions are too much for me these days. Even a half Subway sandwich is becoming painful to finish T_T... Thank god for Seirogan!

My problem is when I eat certain food... /: It's like... my stomach doesn't like it. lol My friend (Japanese) has these pills... I don't know if they are like Seirogan. I swear they smell god awful like dookie. But when I was sick he offered them to me and I was like "Are you trying to kill me?!" lol

What can you suggest for skin discoloration treatment for the face Jen? I had a lot of breakouts since I've been working a lot & don't get enough beauty sleep. They all cleared up but the redness is prominent.
