I make decisions based on personality and character or lack thereof. Most people who base their judgement solely on looks tend to lack character. If that makes me judgemental I guess I am.

A girl wears short shorts, she's obviously a slut
You didn't know something I know, you're obviously retarded
She's been in a lot of relationships = slut
He's been in a lot of relationships = champ
He talks and dresses weird, he mus be gay
That guy drives a large truck, he must have a small tootsie roll.
Lol things like that I believe is what she's referring to. You judge a book based off it's cover or title, so you never wanna sit down and read the pages. Or you judge it by what other people think of them.
Don't jump to conclusions before you even get to know someone or something, basically
The Asian thing Jiko was talking about is a type of judgement, but I believe it's more so just personal tastes in what you want.

I know a lot of people want to say: "My biggest criteria is intelligence/personality etc etc". But I challenge you to be attracted to a physically unnattractive person, even if they make you laugh, and you have a lot in common (or an otherwise ideal match). I know it's sad to say that, but I believe physical appearance is a huge factor to everybody; whether they believe it or not. Just some people have higher standards than others.

It's kind of a no brainer. If there's no physical attraction, what do you have? A good friend at best. Even a blind person needs to find physical attraction, though not so much in the visual sense. The point is, NEVER say that physical attraction doesn't matter. We are wired at the most basic level to find suitable genetic material. I hate to put it like that, because I do not stand for genetic superiority complexes ( Remember Hitler?), but it is what it is. I truly believe we all have varying degrees of deep seeded attributes we're looking for. Also, I believe that the odds are in your favor no matter how "undesirable" you may think you are. There's a plethora of variables involved in attraction and as such, no one will meet all of anyone's. Just remember, the most important factors are truly in who you are and not just what you perceive yourself to look like.

Yes, physical attraction is important, but ultimately that's not what a long-term relationship is based on. After all, sex is just sex and no matter how hot the other person is, you're gonna get bored real quick if there's nothing else to stimulate you.
As to the seeking certain ethnicities bit, it's fine and all if you have personal tastes. But the issue that I run into a lot with people who have, well let's say yellow fever since that's the one I'm more intimately familiar with, is when people perceive personality traits with race. Like how asian women are submissive and cater to men. That's when looking for specific nationalities becomes a problem.

Yeah I am going to agree with you on that. Do not really like when races are expected to act a certain way. Just does not fit well with me.
On the matter of physical attraction well I agree with this its not bad or wrong to want somebody that looks good however by all means it should work in correlation with finding somebody you relate to and can connect with. For example just because somebody is not the ideal attraction does not mean you should not give them a chance as long as they have a little form of attraction and you both really like each other I see nothing wrong with that.

Attraction is so weird from a third party perspective. Who one person thinks is attractive, can elicit the direct opposite reaction from another. Example, I don't think Matt Smith is very physically attractive. Some of my friends vehemently disagree with me :p

Now lets examine each and every single one of those variables shall we....but yeah in the end its not that bad since pretty much everybody has them. As long as we put our mental faculties to work when choosing somebody then I think we will be fine.
