My friend needs a date! Interested?

Hiya! I'm here on behalf of my friend. She is 20, about 5"6 and is a really sweet girl. (She also lives in Australia, NSW). She's suffered from a lot of emotional turmoil from previous relationships and I think she really needs someone who will love and appreciate her ^^ I put this here to find people who have similar interests as she (i.e. Manga, Anime and Cosplay) She also loves to cook. Huh... Yet she couldn't be here? Do you think she'd appreciate you making her look like a complete social retard? I mean, if she can't even go online to look, what's she gonna do if a real guy contacts her? I understand shy, but she's a young woman and not a child in need of a friend who'll hold her hand. Let her make her move. Gotta show a little courage.

In fairness you don't know this persons situation Yaasshat and you're making a lot of assumptions, For all we know Yandere has been asked to help find someone for this friend without her knowing. I would message you with interest Yandere but unfortunately i'm over west, that and i'm probably a little too old, you could try Nuclear Hybrid, not sure if he's in NSW but he's the only guy i know on here over east. I kinda agree with Asshat on the parts that it'd be better for her to do it rather than a friend. I also understand that she's shy, but if it's bad relationships that has her not joining the site, I don't think getting one of us random people to talk to her with the intent of dating is the best idea. Blind dates aren't really the best IMO Plus it'd be better if she joined so we could get to know her better, and that'll break her away from some of the shyness.

Or she doesn't even know her friend is doing this for her? I've had friends try to set me up on dates without knowing they were. Why jump to conclusions? And if you do, why so negative about it. If you're not interested then read the post and move on. Just my opinion.

True Tiger, and also true, Rika, I did think that was a possibility, I've had people ask me out for their friends before. However, I still feel a blind date type of thing isn't the best. I'd be interested in getting to know her, but I've tried dating people in other countries and it doesn't really work out for me, time zones and whatnot.
