Thoughts on pot?

Well they do have other forms of medicine as well that will help with this condition. Myelin Peptides work relatively well for the condition. Along with quite a few others out on the market which have quite a bit of research.

The thing about medicine is that different side effects, allergies, and pre-existing conditions exist in all patients so there doesn't exist a drug that'll cure everyone equally, basically beyond the basic biological processes, everyone has different reactions. For some people, medical marijuana might be the only method of pain killer that they can tolerate. I haven't really looked into studies on medicinal usage but that being said, if it help some people then it's useful for that purpose. Besides all drugs come from plants. As more research is done, there is likely going to come a time when cannabis derivatives are a mainstream prescription. Also I'm a bit leery about the idea that pot makes you stupid or slow. Of course I'm just kinda countering other people's anecdotal evidence with my own so it's not a scientific observation, but a lot of the smartest people I know, people who got full ride scholarships to ivy league schools with what seems to be minimal effort, were pretty big potheads.

Never done it, as a kid I thought it made you retarded because only the stupid kids in school did it. I know its not true now but still not interested. If I did do it I'd get kicked out of the military so fuck dat shiet

Use it for paper (a hemp field produces twice the amount of paper in a year from harvest than that of an equally sized area of chopped rain forest. Use it for plastic (Hemp based plastics are bio degradable, while retaining a hardness sufficient for consumer goods) Use it as fuel (Hemp oil is an efficient bio-fuel and a hemp field again produces more of this fuel than a corn field would) Use it as medicine (The Hemp seeds contain 2 unique proteins that helps to prevent cancer, if ingested on a daily basis immune system will be boosted and stress significantly lowered) What I am getting at here is, Dont hate the plant, hate the loosers who dont have any willpower and cant control their impulses thus letting a chemical substance control their daily lives. My adverse reaction earlier comes from a lifetime fighting the sheeple that blame the wrong things in life for their misery, stuff dont make you miserable, people do, hate appropriately please.

@Xueli On this I will agree with you if there is no alternative and the only pain killer a person has is pot then by all means I am fine with it. On the matter of pot making you stupid or slow that really depends on the person rather then on a everybody basis. However on average the conditions it cause can include hallucinations, impaired mental functions, and quite a few others in the mind category. @poptimus this is true the plant itself does have usages other then to smoke it. Although I would not classify it as a miracle plant.

@Poptimus So... Your point throughout the thread was to prove that your pot you grow can be turned into hemp and other useful products to make people's lives better? I hardly believe that. Don't even try! You'd have to be growing quite a bit to make these products yourself. I do believe that marijuana can lead to some pharmaceutical breakthroughs. I think that some people that have certain medical conditions do need medical marijuana to improve their quality of life. However, too many stupid fucks abuse this and Because of this I think that marijuana should not be readily available to the dumb masses.

I like it and I'm surrounded by old folks that grow it even my family members they got the papers cops know hell the cop can see it when they drive by they don't bug people. I even help out this 76 old woman water hers in her yard. lol to me it ehh I don't care for it though I know the smell it doesn't stink to me. Since I'm immune to the scent basically. lol I been around it most of my life so it so so with me *shrugs* it like cigs to me. Nobodies answered my question yet D: Buuut, am I the only one who likes the smell of cannabis? That's not to say I'm going to be walking around proudly smelling of the stuff...I do have a sense of modesty and try to cover the smell as much as possible.
