Jobs and professions?

Im a welding foreman and 3rd shift supervisor at a concrete pipe plant. going to school at nights but idk what i want to do with that

I work part time as a shift supervisor, or as they call it, ACSDH (Assistant Customer Service Department Head) for the front end department of a grocery store chain. I basically audit and sweep the cash from the registers, send people on their breaks, and make sure everyone is doing what they're supposed to. It's basically babysitting.

I've been doing programming for a couple years, ever since finishing undergrad. In the short term I'm hoping to get some personal web development projects going to make a better living on the side, and in the long term I'd like complete financial independence through my projects and other ventures I've been considering. There's nothing I'd like more than being my own boss.

I am currently a fry/line/had cook at a small casual seafood restaurant (the kind with crabs and lots of fried foods). I already have culinary degree, but I am working towards a degree in Dietetics. My goal is to eventually be a hands-on dietitian, someone to help people lose weight, being with them each step of the way, showing them what to do, being their support. I guess, sort of like being a really overqualified life coach.

I'm currently studying Biomedical Science, on the long journey to becoming a Biomedical Scientist! I was leaning toward just going to med school, and being a physician. But I decided to be specific, and study infections and diseases!
