What's your opinion on girls who enjoy calling their lover/spouse/cactus, daddy?
Is it revolting?
Is it endearing
Is it hella weird?
Is it cute?

Depends on the context of how you use it.

It's whatever, but yeah it depends on the context too.
But I normally just think of it as the same as calling someone "baby"
If they started calling them something like "Father" or "Toddler" to be romantic, I'd think something is wrong there

I think it would be weird anywhere outside of bedroom escapades. Girls with issues can be kind of hot though.

In my last relationship I was getting referred to as, hime
Does that belong in there somewhere?

I don't think it's that weird. The term daddy in this context never really means father as much as it does person in control. Ever hear the term suger daddy? It's mostly a submissive term with almost no paternal meaning.
On a side note they say that the first man a woman falls in love with is her father.
