Thoughts on Satanism?

eh, I'm pretty open minded about most things, especially religion. If that's what you like then knock yourself out. Just don't start sacrificing people and stuff.

Lol, metaljester, I used to play Oblivion all the time. As far as Satanism goes, it depends on the brand/version. I'm most familiar with the Anton LaVey founded church of Satan, headquarters in San Francisco. They don't actually believe in god or satan in any literal sense. It actually started in response to LaVey's experiences of christian hypocracy. So the general themes are designed to be very rebelious and shocking to christian ideology. It puts forth the concept that we each are our own god and we shouldn't waste our energy on others that are not beneficial to us and such. A little too selfish for my tastes. I do find certain types of satanic church ceremonies to be interesting. In one version the host (the bread, referred to as the body of christ in Catholisism) is placed just inside the vaginal orrifice of a virgin girl and orally retrived which sounds much more fun than regular church my parents forced on me.
