"Name That Line!" Anime Game!

I feel like the forums can be pretty quiet, so I'm hoping this might liven them up a bit, or at least give everyone one post they would like to make each day. The rules are simple, you supply the Anime/manga from which the line above you if from(character who said it is optional, and then you add a line of your own. ex. First Post "Anime Quote" Second Post Anime the line is from. "A different anime quote" I don't know is an acceptable answer if more than 24 hours have passed since the last response, and Manga quotes are also acceptable. Hopefully everyone will have fun with this! And so to start it off, I'll use an easy one! "Don't believe in yourself. Believe in me! Believe in the **** who believes in you!" Omitting names is optional, but feel free to do it if you feel it would just give away the answer.

Yep, I wish she had gotten some more development, I liked her. And that's definitely Kirisu from Steins;Gate Don't think I ever realized just how perverted that statement was until I read it. Took that line from the manga, I tried to find the line in the anime but failed >.< But I feel positive it was there.
