Don't you just hate when your sleep schedule's all bunned up?

Help. Me. Insomnia's been on my ass for the past week I want to fix it up, but distractions are too abundant with the internets - musics Even when everything's turned off and I'm lying down in the dark, my mind won't stop running Zzz Kind of annoying. Then I just stay awake, thinking for the next couple hours until it's like 9am then my body's finally ready to sleep. Really wish there was a way to fix this up rather than just pull straight all nighters then go to sleep at a 'normal' time, or taking melatonin as an option. zzz halp. SLEEP AND THOUGHTS. SUCH CURSED THINGS, BUT I LOVE THEM A LOT.

I'm sorry. I want to laugh and be like "What eww perv!"....but it's true...xD Taking a shower, drinking hot tea, thinking of something soothing for a long time (like create a story in your head), consume a lot of food before bed, take over-the-counter cold medicine/pain killers or sleeping pills. You wouldn't believe how well all of this works for the insomniac. :D

When ever I mess up my sleep schedule I tend to stay up the entire next day and close my eyes at designated time. Thwn again that works for me.
