Anime Roommate...where are you?

I have to say, why is it so difficult to find a roommate to relate to. Me and a friend were supposed to be roomies, but decided to just stay where she is. I feel like there should be a site where you can find roommates based on what their interested in. I tried typing in "anime roommate in arizona" online and all I get is a hentai anime called roommate -_-...

Yeah, thats what I was thinking but then again this is a dating site. Ppl are looking for sum1 to date, not be a roommate. I know where anime ppl hang out, it's not hard :P Good idea though.

I agree too. If I were in your position I wouldn't exclude MaiOtaku or other dating websites. Some people would be more than willing to room with a fellow otaku (myself included), but you'd have to set boundaries and make sure they understand you aren't looking for a date.

@squirrelinmycoffee...I live in az, but I'm looking to move more toward phoenix. My job requires me to fly out of state most of the time.

@beenjamminable...I see what your saying, and yeah, I have no problem with speaking my mind about crossing the line of being a roommate and being a person of interest.

I'm rooming with an anime fan, and it's kind of horrible... At first we got along really well, but she's really close-minded (especially about anime) and she's very, very catholic. I don't mind religion but when she uses it every time she talks, it gets annoying... Anyways, good luck in finding a roommate!
