The currently ongoing Nagi no Asukara is full of feels. It's currently on episode 16 and may be 24 in total, if you don't mind waiting a week after each new release. I don't usually feel anime but this one. THIS one. (I'm probably over selling it.)

in no fairy tail got a good emotional, its episode 95. and sword art online was a good one

Can't say if it will bring you to tears or not but Golden Time has some pretty touching moments in it.

Fairytail could be one of them and there`s Angel beats, Usagi drop, Clannad, idk about Steins gate but it`s really touchy for me XD

Thank you all for the many recommendation so far. I managed to watch part of them. I'm ashamed to say that True tears didn't move me at all... I even tried to watch Brave Story. Both animes were great though. I will give Nagi no Asukara try when I have the time. It will be one of my high priority animes.

Everyone's got you pretty much covered I just wanted to add Heaven's Memo Pad to the list. Might not bring you to tears but I enjoyed the characters and the last few episodes really did move me.
