I have a strange taste in girls, I like girls who are at least two feet shorter then I am (I know it's weird). I was wondering are there any girls who are around maybe 4 feet tall on this site?

Um petite isn't only under 5ft I'm very petite & I'm 5 foot even give or take an inch to the doctors.

I feel bad for you man. The amount of girls who like anime, are of age, and who are around four feet tall, is very, very, very small.

Well your specs on An ideal partner really depend on how tall you are,I'm 6ft5 built like a line backer, so just about every member of the opposite sex are petite by comparison so if I said my Ideal girl was short And petite, that would be anything under my height and weight, so a six foot tall 200 ponder, would be short and lite built in my book, And probally and amazon gaintess for everyone else.

I prefer my girls to be shorter than me, but dang, 2 feet? 5 to 5'7" is usually the right range for me...
