Lfp to play with in FF XIV .

Just hit 50 myself a few days ago :p glad to see you're back in the game, did you switch over to tonberry? I'll get on in a bit myself but the only piece of advice I can really give you is to run Wanderers Palace with a speed run group and milk them for as many runs as possible and rinse and repeat, was able to get about 600 tomes of philo in roughly 5 hours by spamming chat for groups haha. Being a BLM really helps for this because they'll be specifically looking for BLM BRD PLD and WMH or SCH

I'm a lvl 50 White Mage and i gotta tell you, making gil is not that hard, I mean yeah yo have to invest in some basic DoL gear but eventually it will pay off, you can always sell materials to lazy crafters (basic ones like shards, iron ore and cotton bolls are easy and sell very well), then once you have the materials you can always make your own gear (I just level weaver and get my leather/wood gathering/craftig gear from quests). If you go down the crafting route I heavily recommend you to level WVR, LTR and CRP to 15 because they learn some great skills that can be used by all of the DoH classes. Oh, and do many WP/AK runs, they drop some good money to start doing things and once you hit level 45 on your fav crafting class, you can start farming materia, pretty neat huh?

Well they covered how to get philo. If you want to make money let me ask you what gear can you make that you wear? Do that then farm the sheep on western thanalan (camp drybone) while wearing said gear. They drop snurble tufts which in turn you can sell for a high price on the board. Then the gear turns to materia to sell. They should be near the burning earth in middle ish of the map. Also you can buy philo mats with extra philo and sell them in shout

Sorry for the really late reply lol ain't been on that much but thanks for the advice =D Gonna have to start on DoL like, I have lvl 14 GSM but just couldn't be bothered to lvl anymore lol been spending all my time of trying to get tomes for DL gear so haven't really been able to do much else. Still haven't even got my Relic yet haha (Using Irit's Cudgel :p took me 25+ runs to get it xD)

I wish crafting classes had more use un battle, since the highest level gear is overpowered by the myth gear and the allagan gear :c At least you can add 5 materias in them, which requires a lot of luck and time to use properly, and I still don't know if a full materia gear can outclass the quest gear

anyways, i'm slowly moving into Sargantanas (making some pvp oriented characters, you know like the best race and tribe for the jobs that I want to use) then eventually i'll transfer my main character from cerberus(which i'm grinding in all of the DoH and DoL classes) to Sargantanas and start a hardcore guild, free crafts for everyone who transfers servers! xD

I finally hit lv 40 paladino and I was wondering if yall can post good grind spots for fate And I also wanted to know how to make good gil and I need a dictionary cause I don't know what things like lfp means or dol
