Creeps and Serial Killers.. Are they dating material?

vigeorae
A Rant and Rave... Possibly pointless for most people to read.. I know I'm not the only one that's attracted to creeps/serial killers/demons in horror flicks but Is it awkward or wrong that I want to date one? There's Chucky aka Charles Lee Ray, The Joker, Freddy Kruger, Vegeta, Freeza, all the homunculi, wishmaster, Voldemort, Grima Wormtunge (he was a super cute, poetic and obsessive, disliked that he was a rat DX really liked the fact he didn't try to kill the girl on purpose), Light Yagami, even the Leprechaun was a cutie.. If you think about it... One, they are not that bad looking (more like bad-ass or "mousey-cute"), they are motivated (which is more than most people on this planet), they are usually strong, secretly romantic (depending on the creeper) and they are usually highly intelligent (which is always attractive)... They are a rarity in the real world perhaps that's why they are so desirable to some of us.. or Maybe it's just a phase. Perhaps I do have a mental issue but sometimes the "scumbags" are better in relationship than the people I see in this ridiculous city.. I know this is a strange rant of mine but in an amazing side-note/fact, I know a few good people, quite a few actually. Serious, stand up, hard working people who get their hearts ripped out by their girlfriends, husbands, wives (now ex-wife) or their boyfriends after they put their time and soul into the relationship. These hard workers did nothing but work their hands to the bone, and of course, as any logical person would know, most people are too exhausted to do anything when they get home after a day of REAL hard work.. I think it's crappy when a stay-at-home mom doesn't at least heat up the meal for when her husband gets home no matter the shift he worked that day/night. He's earning that money for her lard-ass and she dares to complain of no "quality time". I've been watching these people for years and despise it, it makes me hate them to my very core, but try to look past their behaviors. I, for one, am happy that I am not in that situation. But also I am quite tired of the heart-demolish game that people continue to play. You know what I do for fun? I sit at a coffee shop or in the mall and I watch people. It's not a creep thing I do, it's not sexual either, it's a psychology thing. It's fun and interesting to watch people and try to figure out what they are. For example, stupid pointless story, I was in the coffee shop the other day and I saw a young couple, late teens, walking by the shop. They were a cute. The girl had a good posture; tall, proper and confident. By the looks of it she took care of herself, both physically and mentally (...really... liked... pink...). He, slightly slouched over onto her, disrespectful where his hand was, a jock from the looks of his body build and walking posture. She, most likely, is a hard working high school/college kid that's a spoiled sweetheart and she loves him with all her heart. He most likely, is a sports freak/sex addict that is in college. But the thing that caught my attention is how he looked at her, then glancing around at other people mostly young women. I'm not sure if she noticed, but that's on her shoulders, literally. (ha, i made a funny). Another story was when I was in a restaurant a few years ago and a waitress with beautiful rusty-red hair walked up to my table, she was probably in her late 30's. Her face, especially her eyes spoke a such a harsh story, though she was holding herself well. I saw a shadow of worry, sorrow and fear in her. I figured she had an abusing husband or something of that sort. She took my order, came back a while later and I noticed a gorgeous necklace she had. It looked similar to that necklace from Pirates of the Caribbean, I asked her about it. She started to tear up in front of me, I said nothing but sat there becoming uncomfortable.. Turns out it was an urn with some of her son's ashes in it.. he had died earlier that year and he was only 20 years old. I was way off on that one. You see, I love seeing peoples eyes, no matter what they verbally say to you, their eyes do not lie. You can see the honesty, the love, the hate.. everything. It is now one a.m.. time for tea. Rae.

I find that the most attractive girls are the "loony" ones, of the females I have dated the one I cared the most about would definately not have been considered normal by most people. The best moments, I still remember them vividly; she would threaten to poison me if I was unfaithful or left her She would hand-cuff me to her bed or the piping, so I couldnt leave her while she went out she jumped a girl that came up to me when we were at a concert and just started slapping the crap out of her Obviously she had issues, but I found it incredibly charming, she left me for a Russian Mobster... Anyways, No I dont think it is at all wrong to want to date someone "evil", always better to be honest to yourself about your preferences than to get stuck in a slump with someone you have to convince yourself that you like. Although in the case of abuse, I'd advice to seek help, that shit is never ok unless you are a really messed up inside and like getting beat senseless, I suppose some would enjoy it, there is all kinds afterall.

Looks like your into the Yandere guys. Cool story though people watching isn't completely creepy or sexual depending on your reason either. Wormtunge was a bitch though omg how can you like him D: I approve the rest of your list though :)

Creeps are one thing, but I don't think you'd want to be dating a serial killer, would you? Knowing (or oftentimes not) that you could die after a date, or that bodies your significant other raped or mutilated for pleasure are hidden under the tiles of your kitchen. And most of the time serial killers act just like everyone else. Ted Bundy was featured on a dating show and had tons of followers that were beautiful young women yet he confessed to killing 30 people after getting caught. Jeffrey Dahmer pretended to be a photographer who was scouting for models when he killed and ate people. John Wayne Gacy was a clown (literally) loved by everyone in his town and murdered at least 33 people. The murderers and evil people in fictional stories are usually meant to be likable and have a purpose to their killings, they have an ulterior motive that makes sense whereas in real life it's not as easily justified. "Evil" is just a matter of opinion since the people who are viewed as "evil" believe that what they're doing is right and the people that are against them are evil, but more often then not serial killers aren't motivated by any goal and are just driven by insanity or personal pleasure or boredom or just for the thrill of evading authority to see if they can get away with it. My cat was hungry and I walked away for a minute and lost my train of thought so I'll stop writing. ( ̄ー ̄) The above is all just my opinion so feel free to ignore.

I agree with Pawlitics. Call me a nazi but serial killers shouldn't even have the right to reproduce. I'm personally turned off by psychopaths so the idea seems rather absurd to me. Why would you want to get yourself into such a shitty situation? Do you adore drama? What about the high probability of domestic violence?

Maybe she means in a less literal sense(lets hope so lol) Different strokes for different folks, I didn't look at it quite as literally serial killers and creeps as dating materials but more as personality wise such as Yandere, though I do agree with Sugihara in reality the situation would suck but hey if that's what she into.

Domestic violence? isnt that common enough for it to not be considered a psycho thing? Recent surveys show that 1 in 6 males and 1 in 4 females are subject to domestic violence from their partners, just saying, normals beat eachother up every day... The guy who goes to school with a gun and goes on a shooting spree was most likely not the guy giving out wedgies and happy-slapping the nerds, I bet he was all quiet and not annoying the shit out of everybody with his Eardrumshattering MTV pubic-music. "Dexter" do not serve as a realistic depiction of a serial killer and as such the whole "fake normal life thing" can be pretty much discounted, the maniacs who lead normal lives in the daylight do so because that is ALSO who they are, it is NOT some kind of facade. Also the fact that they are so dedicated to and determined in their cause (we arent talking regular mad men but smart ones here remember) is a pretty big step up from the 70% of people who go to their place of work everyday doing a shitty job on pupose to screw with their boss, and only have a women by their side so they can brag to their friends about her tits.
