Otakon 2014

Aww yiss. I really hope I'll be able to! I'm currently starting a bunny girl Monomi cosplay and it would be great if I could debut it at Otakon (hopefully the Dangan Ronpa fandom will still be going strong). This year I had four costumes with me so I'll have to see how many I can fit in next year. Did you attend Otakon 2013?

I hope I can make it. I've wanted to go since last year lol. I live in Massachusetts, but I hope to make the drive down. Should make the adventure that much better! Not looking forward to paying for it though haha. Probably cosplaying Grell as usual, maybe Rin Okumura from Ao no Exorcist.

Yesssssssssssss. I went this year with 2 friends and had an amazing time! (Plus, it was the first Con i had ever went to!) My best friend was a splicer from Bioshock on day 1, and Day 2 he was one of the characters from Miami Hotline! As for me...Day 1 I went as an Organization XIII Member with a Giant A** wooden Kingdom Keyblade, and Day 2 I went as Sub Zero. :) This year...I def. want to do a MK character again (Just because i free run/do martial arts) so im able to move around easily still. Or someone active, maybe a LoL toon like Pantheon. Shrugs* Still haven't decided 100%. I have a lot of people telling me i should go as Afro Samurai... Ill be back here when i decide something...eventually... Any ideas?

I managed to find a room right by the convention center. Pretty decent price for that time of year since a lot of people are looking for rooms. I agree,you should look for a room ASAP. Like, don't wait last minute. You should at least find a room between now and February, otherwise the room you reserve, will be quite a walk from there to the convention.

I have a room for Otakon, but it's hard to tell if our group will be up for it and have the funds when the time rolls around ^^;. They're not the most reliable. If I do get to go, I'll have Olivier Armstrong (unless I decide not to cosplay her for this con due to the heat..), Rin Okumura (maybe demon form =D), various Levi cosplays because I'm hopelessly obsessed with SnK lol, and maybe a fem Kamina. This is subject to change of course lol.
