Does anybody play an instrument or is in a band? I myself am working on creating music alone since I can't find people to work with me for the style I wish to portray. I already have lyrics for 30+ songs :)

Well, I play flute and piano really well and then a few other random instruments but not nearly as well. I also sing :) I went to state solo ensemble festival last year, actually, on one of my singing solos :D

.... i can sing but most end up laughing their butts off when i do. I have a special artistic talent

Well, I picked up an acoustic guitar back in May and have been learning some basic chords and stuff. I've slowly been improving at it. I wish I could sing though, my singing voice is pretty mediocre. x_x

I've been playing the guitar for 7 years, and can play several other instruments, even the dulcimer! :D

I used to play the trumpet in middle school, but I sing in my own band and also write lyrics.
