I have been a loyal fan of Ayumi Hamasaki since 2001 and even now when her popularity is waning I still love her music as much as I did back then. When I was in Japan I saw two of her concerts and was blown away. So I wonder, any other fans here?

I have had a couple of her songs for quite some time. I wouldn't mind getting more. Her music, along with a number of other J-Pop-like songs, are fun to listen to. Nice and beaty; makes me want to dance.

I am a little bias since she is my favorite artist but I'd definitely recommend you listen to more of her songs. What songs do you have so far? uold they happened to be those featured in Inu Yasha? It seems like a lot of U.S. fans I meet know those songs of her's best.

I used to be a HUGE Ayumi Hamasaki fan, along with Utada Hikaru. But over the years as Ayumi's popularity has dwindled and Utada has been releasing more American/English songs I haven't been much on the ball with Japanese music. A few months back I've started to really get into K-Pop/Hip-hop.

A lot of people seemed to have lot interest in her which just makes no sense to me, despite not being as popular I feel like she's still doing really well.

Back in the day when I still had my PS1 I heard a couple of songs from her from that game Thousand Arms that I liked. I think after a few years after hearing Evolution was when I lost touch with her work. Still I liked her intense songs like that though and appreciated the musical styles with the rock/dance style sound. I think that's what kept my attention mostly.
