There is no way to delete photos.

uhm.. Miss you can Delete photos, xD But yeah its hard to find it follow this guide :

Go to Pictures

scroll down you should find default gallery pictures

click on it

and then you should see the delete button! ヽ(´ー｀)ﾉ
