Oh for sure. A friend dressed as him for a cosplay group. This group of girls would pelt her with parts of a Sasuke plushie.

It certainly is how he's viewed. Plus fangirls are known to go at him. Well the cosplayers anyway. They will attack all uncder the guise of all in fun.
