So, I'm a completely inroverted person. People are tiring to be around, and I often feel out of place and overwhelmed when I'm around crowds of people. I'm not the type of person to put on appearances for the sake of acceptance because to me, that just feels like lying not only to others, but to myself. So I'm going to be completely honest here.

I can't really open up to people or express myself well. IRL, I tend to be nervous, awkward and have no idea how to go about talking to anyone. Due to people abandoning me in the past, I find it hard to actually trust people and let them in. But I've decided to give this a chance, so here I am on this website (。・ω・)ノ゙

I have Asperger's Syndrome, and that basically means I'm different in the way I think, feel and express myself with others. Meaning that if I reply late, it's pretty much because I have no idea what I should say, how to put down what I want to say into words, and how to do that properly in a way that other human beings could possibly understand, take interest in and then somehow formulate some kind of response to. I swear I have intelligence somewhere inside of me, but due to depression and other mental health problems, my brain refuses to work most of the time and turns to the consistency of mashed potatoes. I apologise xD

I'm from England, so it would be nice to meet people in the UK who love anime, manga, all that stuff. I just started attending cons, so it'll be cool to meet some people around the country! ^w^

Oh, and if you're from another country and you want to message, feel free to. I don't mind what country you're from, or anything like that. As a seeker of knowlege, I love learning about all different kinds of topics, including different countries and cultures and how other people live. Plus, I'm not the type to form judgements on a person before I get to know them really well (Please just be aware that I'm an awkward human bean who has no idea how to uphold a conversation properly...) f(^_^;

Don't get me wrong, If I find a topic I enjoy or I'm passionate about, I can talk a huuuge deal. However, I'm not good with small talk. I don't know how to respond to "how are you", or the like, so if you message me with stuff like this, I'm not likely to respond because there's no way to broaden the conversation and help it flow for both of us. I love conversations that have philosophical or psychological themes, because they let me think, and give me time to give some kind of thoughtful reply.

*Wipes sweat from brow* Phew, writing bio's are hard (.`・﹏・´.) So I'm just gonna put some random other facts here:

I happen to be a not-straight trans guy, so if you don't agree with that, you can leave. If you're okay with that - hello, welcome. ( ˘∪˘ )

Here are some anime I LOVE WITH ALL OF MY SOUL:
Gintama - probably the funniest anime I've ever seen
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood - I LIVE FOR THIS ANIME, IF YOU TALK TO ME ABOUT IT I WILL CRY
Haikyuu!!

Oh, and I've also been self-studying Japanese for around two years, so I'm okay at speaking it. It would be cool if I could meet some other people who are studying!! ^u^
2年間ぐらいから自分で日本語を勉強しているから、日本語を話すこと出来る!
まだ完璧ではないけど…
メーセジを送れば、すぐに答えてみるよ!

I'm a 100% guaranteed weirdo, and I wholeheartedly think difference should be embraced. Why should we all live our lives chained down by expectations and rules - by what society judges as "correct" or "true"? Correct or true are only vague concepts. They're also subjective. I don't really think there's any "correct" way to live your life. The only correct way is staying true to yourself and doing the things that make you happy, so I don't think anybody else should be in control of that but you (as long as you're not hurting others, of course). So, if you're also weird, I think you should embrace that. We should all accept each other for what makes us different, instead of arguing about it.

... I seem to have rambled. Oops (๑•́ ω •̀๑)
If anyone has read this far and you haven't been scared off, then you are precious and must be cherished.
