It is I actually did not know that nice to know. Also I think personally as you go through the main halo games they get easier to me. The original halo was the most hardest in my opinion. So maybe its because you played the others alot and got into their playstyle and such then when jumping back to halo you were met with some of the more rigid controlls unlike the others along with a slightly different combat system when it was in its first stage of gameplay.

Yeah thats what I heard not sure what to think of it. Although I do love the elites design in my opinion. The forerunners design is pretty cool as well in regards to the monkeys its at the very end of the game where they are being debriefed . If you turn your camera at the right moment you should see him messing with one.

That first halo legendary ending was funny XD He just randomly hugs him I remember in odst you can see the commander with a monkey at the ending. Then in halo three there is of course the whole thing that leads up to 4. But yeah the books had alot to offer. Not sure if they are still working on that series though or not I know they are going through with the movie though.

Yeah the whole forerunner history especially the little mini cartoon they had along with the books which is where I started halo were pretty good with their space lore not as diverse as mass effect. However they focused on certain areas more and were able to go past a few places in that matter. I mean I am the kind of person who if I am playing legendary on halo I want to be able to see all the little details and easter eggs of the game take in the environment which halo does quite well in my opinion. Especially in the later games with better graphics and such.
