Ap tops like what teemo? They usually go tank tank if so like Ekko, akali, mao I havent seen alot going full ap unkess theyre fully boosted, playtesters? You mean people from Riot? I can bet Riven wont be buffed in a WHILE the only buff she will get will be through items dont buy champs because people look good with them explore champs by yourself and find those one that you say hes fun and strong lets get that one, my friends were like that too they saw a swain going 25/1 adn say omg OP bought it and go 0/7 and say omg trash champ lol
