The jogging probably helps to warm up the body but it's still too cold for my liking :) I would still wear warmer clothes if I'm jogging. People also probably do it to show off their bodies.

Kinda, I was watching four anime. My grandma watch two anime episode of Ouran Highschool Host Club and than she like (Nope, I'm done.) XD The rest were Attack On Titan, Noragami, and vampire + Rosario. ^u^
