That's a problem of VR games that become ultra-realistic. They would probably make the graphics stylized in some way so that you can distinguish between reality and the game easily. One probably also shouldn't play for too long without breaks. Some people will inevitably get addicted to it as they see it as an escape from real life. Virtual reality definitely has positives and negatives, yeah.

Nothing much with myself, just figuring out what anime I should watch or what manga I should read next. The normal problem in an everyday life.
