no, it is formated to play in resgion 2 here in the UK, it is not dub in USA voice, it is all in Japanese, with Sub tiles in the game. well on the new one piece 3 there is an new toy that is come out with it, is the evil person that Luffy is battling in the up coming battle the one with pink feahters, I forgot his name.

It's based off a fighting video game made in the 90s, and the anime is a comedy and action about these people trying to find these power stones, which give them magical abilities.
