Just wear a suit, kiss her hand, give her a flower, open doors, seat her and take her coat and everything will be fine.
Also dance if the mood takes you ;)
These are just my personal preferences, but my friends agree - especially things like the hand kissing, it's sadly forgotten these days *sigh*
