Definitely the first season the black and white season was terrible, ash was a complete idiot. While I do understand they did that to allow newer fans to be brought into the pokemon franchise it was just horrible. The best part of the season from what I saw was when Charizard appeared to fight with ash again. But I prefer the first season more emotion for me. My favorite pokemon would have to be Blaziken just because I like how he looks and fights, next in line would be umbreon/Espeon.
