It's about a boy that has had his whole life turned upsidedown by becoming a mutant and experiencing the hardships of being one....I don't wanna spoil anything so this is the best way I can describe it :)

It's one of the best anime I've seen...and it's only 12 episodes long XD not including the new season that just started up :P
