Damn man I know the feeling of that. Reason I asked was that my PS4 Pro had no signal when I turned it on and idk what happened so I held the power button to reset and turn it off but it took too long and I got scared. Flipped the power switch on my cable box, and when I booted it up it said it didnt turn off correctly and had that whole warning. Nothing happened to my game though.
