Other romance animes in particular? Not many. I just finished watching Acchi Kocchi. That's a little less serious than Engaged to the Unidentified, but it's very funny. I would recommend it. I've also watched Kashimashi and Aoi Hana, both of which I enjoyed. Nothing else comes to mind, but there might be another one or two if you scroll through my anime listing. Hmm, does Hyouka count as romance?
