Yeah same here. My Dad used to read me some of the BIONIClE and Harry Potter books when I was younger. LOL he'd always ad-lib some of the scenes and describe the most hilarious and gruesome deaths. And I guess I might say the same regarding anime and manga. I have to take a look at it and in the case of anime watch the first five episodes and then either say "THIS IS INTERESTING" or "I'M FINISHING THIS ONE, IT'S AWESOME" or "NOPE, I'VE HAD IT THIS SUCKS" I have tried my hand at writing a creepy pasta, but I don't really have many friends who would give a crap about reading it, so I'm not always sue what to make of some of my writings. My first was a fan-made SCP. Have you heard of the SCP Foundation?

Really, what do you look for in a good manga? Also I listen to SomeOrdinaryGamers on YouTube, I think I saw one of Mr.CreepyPasta's vids, but I can't remember it exactly. The creepy pasta I actually read are on the SCP Wiki. That place is SO cool.

I need to find a good manga to read, but when it comes to anime and manga I'm a bit picky. I don't think that helps my interaction with other anime fans very much. I do enjoy reading a good creepy pasta in my spare time tough, I guess it's because they are shorter. But more and more I find ones with no subtly at all and too many cliches. "Gai R want to playz old game, gets game fur free frum old gai. Gai puts in game and then the TV explodes sending blood everywer and then every1 R dead. DE END" One Book I do need to read is "Air Born' by Kenneth Opel, its a steam punk themed story, but I think I might just get an audio book of it also considering I am an UBER-SLOW reader.
