Alluka does haven another side, thats how her power is activated, but that other side isnt Alluka its another entity all together. Alluka was born male, but she identifies as female. Everyone ignores that in their family besides killua so the will refer to Alluka as he. While Killua callse Alluka her, and his little sister. Killua is the only person in their family that actually loves Alluka. Everyone sees her as a monster and they locked her away due to her power. But Killua treats her like an actual person. I actually like her character, i feel sorry for her. And Alluka is completely under Killua's control(he is the only person that knows all of the condtions to Alluk'as power), because he's close to Alluka and Alluka actually loves killua , she will listen to killua. And yes Alluka has the power to kill the whole family(But i wouldnt call it overpowered, Alluka is actually really week, she basically grants wishes bit you have to sacrfice something depending on the other people's previous wishes, so the more that piles up the more insane the sacrafice has to be for the wish to work. It gets waaaaay more complicated than that though. Illumi thought Killua was going to sacrifice the family to save Gon, but illumi was wrong. That wasnt Killua's intention. If anything i think Alluka is misunderstood by her family because they never saw her as a person. And yes the manga is still going on, but Togashi keeps going on hiatus, he doesnt make that much progress, its reeeeeeeallllly annoying.
