Not really that hard to understand. I just want to know why is it necessary, meaning, if kids really had 'one year' after they're born, how does it make it any different that they are born prematurely or post mature? Meaning ages of consent for most illegal actions may vary into 3 years range... How do your people even manage to send recently graduated high-school students to college? What I'm trying to get at is how this 'aging Korean system' works for you guys?

But the measure time isn't constant like the 'international' aging time. So this only sounds As if Korea tries to complicate things.
