Of the anime/manga you've seen, I have heard of Princess Tutu, but haven't seen it. I am into all kinds of anime. I appreciate the storyline more than anything else (which explains why I like Vampire Knight the same as Bleach, DBZ, and Busou Renkin). Maybe you could tell me a little about the anime you've seen? Which do you recommend?
